Last updated: September 2026
Use of this website
Content on this site is provided for general information about our services. Pricing examples, size recommendations and disposal guidance are illustrative and do not constitute a binding quote. A binding quote is issued directly by our office.
Rental agreement
Service is governed by the rental agreement provided at or before delivery. That agreement controls in the event of any conflict with website content.
Customer responsibilities
The customer is responsible for providing safe, legal and accessible placement; obtaining any required permits when a container is placed in a public right of way; ensuring adequate overhead and approach clearance; and keeping the container accessible on the scheduled pickup date. Blocked containers may incur a trip charge.
Prohibited materials
Hazardous waste, liquids, paint, solvents, oils, pesticides, asbestos-containing materials, batteries, tires, propane tanks, electronic waste and refrigerant-containing appliances may not be placed in any container. The customer is responsible for costs, fines and remediation arising from prohibited materials found in a load.
Weight, fill limits and fees
Each rental includes a stated tonnage allowance. Material exceeding that allowance is billed at the disclosed per-ton overage rate. Containers loaded above the fill line cannot be legally hauled and must be leveled before pickup. Additional rental days, relocations and return trips are billed at published rates.
Property damage
Delivery to driveways, lawns, private roads and other surfaces carries inherent risk. We place protective boards on paved surfaces where practical, but we are not liable for damage to driveways, curbs, landscaping, irrigation, septic components or underground utilities resulting from a placement the customer directed.
Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled without charge before the truck is dispatched. Cancellations after dispatch may incur a trip charge.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, with venue in Placer County.
